Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December and costs £20 per individual member, per annum. Please note that due to the nature of the activity, membership is restricted to those of 18 years and over. NESKy is affiliated to the sport’s governing body Paddle Scotland. Membership of NESKy or another Paddle Scotland affiliated club is a condition of participation in club events, in line with Paddle Scotland guidance.

 

New members

New paddlers are expected to reach British Canoeing Explore or Sea Kayak personal performance award (old BCU 2 star standard) in their first year and are encouraged to work towards British Canoeing Sea Kayak and Coastal Sea Kayak standard (old 3/4 star sea standard).
